Inferno fungicide mechanism of action

Sulfur is a contact-active active ingredient that forms a protective barrier on the plant surface. This barrier prevents fungal spores from penetrating the tissue by blocking cellular respiration and electron flow within the fungi. Sulfur prevents the accumulation of nutrients and energy in pathogen cells, which are essential for their growth and development. Sulfur is also a gastric toxin, providing partial control of mite species.
