Description

Mechanism of action
Boscalid is a systemic active ingredient that is partially absorbed by the plant and distributed throughout its tissues. It moves systemically (acropetally) toward the shoot apex and leaf blade, while the remainder of the applied active ingredient remains on the plant surface. Boscalid blocks the fungal central metabolic distribution point, thereby halting the energy supply and production of essential cell building blocks. The protective period is 10-14 days.
